1. Services

ROMAH Quinceañeras provides choreography, event planning support, coordination, consultations, and related quinceañera services as described on the website or agreed upon in writing.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on package selection, customization, and scheduling.

2. Booking & Payment

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure services and reserve event dates.

Deposits are applied toward the total service balance unless otherwise stated.

Final Payment

Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided in your agreement or invoice.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

Deposits are non-refundable
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable
Refund requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of ROMAH Quinceañeras / Rociole Group LLC

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for arriving on time to scheduled consultations, rehearsals, or sessions.

ROMAH reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

provide accurate event and scheduling information
communicate promptly regarding scheduling changes
participate fully in scheduled rehearsals/sessions
maintain respectful conduct throughout services

Failure to cooperate may impact service quality and outcomes.

6. Results Disclaimer

ROMAH Quinceañeras provides professional guidance, choreography, and coordination services; however:

results may vary by client
successful event execution depends on client participation, preparation, and external factors

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, ROMAH may photograph or record portions of services/events for promotional, portfolio, or marketing purposes.

Clients may opt out by providing written notice prior to service.

8. Intellectual Property

All choreography concepts, training methods, materials, website content, branding, graphics, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Rociole Group LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rociole Group LLC / ROMAH Quinceañeras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

use of services
scheduling issues
event-related circumstances beyond our control
client misuse of information or recommendations

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

interfere with website functionality

11. Third-Party Services
